there is a popular fable about the sun and the west wind – competing to see who is stronger. The goal of the contest is to see who can make a weary traveler remove his jacket first. The west wind, confident , goes first. It blows and blows -- but the traveler grabs on tighter and tighter to his jacket in defense of the harsh storm.
